I typically assist your family when you first come home from the hospital. I can also provide hospital care when an onsite nursery is not an option. However, even if your baby is already home and a few weeks old, I can help provide you with the care your baby needs and the rest that you are looking for!
I give post-partum moms the support they need to heal and the care their baby needs to grow. Services include: Feeding, burping, dressing, diapering, cleaning & preparing bottles, nightly logs and tracking forms, instructions on newborn care for parents, daily and weekly developmental goals, swaddling techniques, daily & nightly scheduling/routines, assisted-soothing & self-soothing techniques, sleep training methods tailored to meet the parent's goals, reflux & colic management, premature infant care, stocking and maintaining the nursery, breastfeeding holds and guidelines, daily personalized newborn care answers and advice, as well as many additional newborn care related issues.
I specialize in using 'An Early No Cry Sleep Learning Method'. We can have your baby sleeping 12 hours through the night by 12 weeks of age, using a developmentally appropriate sleep learning method that is slow and gradual. Why not teach your baby great sleep habits from the beginning?

In these courses, I guide you through developmentally appropriate milestones your baby can achieve naturally, and help you design a plan that reflects your parenting goals. Study of varied sleep theories, brain development of infants, and sleep cycles has led to these programs that offer families options for sleep learning and scheduling.
In these private sessions, we meet for one hour weekly in your baby's first 12 weeks of life. I provide you with a plan, and during the hour sessions we review the plan and make personalized adjustments so your baby sleeps 11-12 hours by 12 weeks.
This is a brief but informative look at the factors that affect your baby's sleep. You will finish this mini-course feeling empowered with some new tools. It's great for families who are curious if sleep learning is for them.
